The journey to get to here was a wild one, and I couldn’t be more grateful to be where I am today. I know there are lessons still ahead of me, gifts I am still unlocking and my healing continues to deepen with each step I take deeper into my medicine.


My passion to be open to what the world has to offer through the gifts of others has helped to open my gifts that I get to share with you today. We are all energy beings who run on our own vibration and frequencies, my work is to help you reconnect to that frequency. I am guided through my hands to help you move energy from your energetic body that is no longer serving your highest and best and that is blinding you from your purest vibration.

What is Energy Healing?

Energy healing is a form of hands-on healing that is holistic in nature, my gifts are rooted in the knowledge I received during my Reiki (level 1 and 2) training, and continue to expand as I walk this path more fully. I am a conduit for the compressed energy stored within you to expand and ground back into the earth.


Energy Healing works to promote the moving of energy, through touch, that is trapped within your energetic field that is no longer serving your soul at its highest level. Clearing and moving this energy can aid in boosting your immune system, calm your nervous system, and can create an overall heightened sense of well-being.


Plant Medicine

Hapè is a ceremonal plant medicine cultivated by the Indigenous people of the Amazon. It is used during healing rituals and has become a daily practice for the people of the tribes to protect and heal the body.


Hapè is for anyone one who is wanting to deepen their connection back into their breathe and heart center to gain deeper clarity on the path ahead and clear any blockages from their energetic body.


Sananga served into the eye to clear and expand your third eye as you surrender into the connection of the medicine

Human Design

What if the life your living could feel more aligned and fulfilling by just learning more about your unique gifts?


Our time together will consist of building knowledge about what Human Design is. We will build from there by diving into your specific design. We will go into detail about your Energy Type, your Authority, your Profile, and your Strategy the initial session together. This experience is meant for you to start understanding yourself at a deeper more aligned level.

You will be guided into a beautiful container of protection where you will be served the sacred ceremonial medicine that will help open your heart to receive.

Our time together will consist of building knowledge about what Human Design is, and building a foundation of your specific design by going into detail about your Energy Type, your Authority, your Profile, and your Strategy the initial session together.

We process through your intentions, working to root how past traumas are currently affecting you and your body on a daily basis. Deeply Guided Meditation where we will work through intuitively guided touch to move any trapped energy within your energetic field that is no longer serving your soul at its highest level.

A 3 month 1:1 container where we establish trust in your body, surrender to physical sensations with safety and become grounded in your energy! Bonus add ons through out our time together.
